Wayne ColbyWayne Colby, 79, of Robinson, died at his residence Wednesday, May 05, 2010 at 4:05 p.m. He was born November 26, 1930 in Petersburg, IL, the son of Henry B. Colby and Edna McKinney Colby. He was a carpenter. He was member of the Robinson First Presbyterian Church and the Rochester IL. Masonic Lodge #635.Wayne married Melba Gibler on March 15, 1952 and she survives. He is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Dale Tye, Robinson; his son, Marc Colby, East Peoria; his granddaughter, Erinn Tye, Robinson; and 1 sister, Shirley Harper, Clinton, IL.He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Arthur and Ralph Colby; and 1 sister, Betty Lounsberry.Memorials services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson, IL, with Rev. Tom Akers officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 €œ 7:00 p.m. Saturday preceding the services. Masonic services will be conducted by the Robinson Masonic Lodge #250 Saturday evening preceding the services.Memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 520 S.
