Vivian Lenore Miller

Vivian Lenore Miller, 81 of rural Annapolis, IL, died at 3:34 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2008 at the Emergency Room of Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson. She was born August 29, 1927 in Melrose Township, Clark County, IL, the daughter of Henry Evans andZola Nidey Evans.She was a homemaker, a member of the Home Extension, and a member of the Half-Fast Square Dance Club.She married Elbert E. Miller February 11, 1946 and he survives. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stanley J. and Mindy Miller, Annapolis; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Jerry Culler, West York, Sharon and Steve Smith, Coal City; 7 granddaughters; 1 grandson; 6 brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Geneva Evans, Marshall, Warren and Jan Evans, West York, Leroy and Joyce Evans, Attica, IN, Burton Dee and Nancy Evans, Palestine, Verlin and Linda Evans, Hutsonville, Max and Connie Evans, Robinson; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Marilyn and Ray Wells, West York, Shirley Dawson, Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Erma Lynn Angel and Sylvia Stephens. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 5th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union. Faris Sweet and Richard Davidson are in charge of services. Burial is in the Plymouth Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, November 4th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the charity of the donor’s choice with envelopes at the funeral home.
