Virginia Mae Ault

Virginia Mae Ault, 78, of Palestine, IL, died at 4:19 a.m. Monday, December 18, 2006 at Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson, IL. She was born April 15, 1928 in Rochelle, IL, the daughter of William Tune and Irene Dinkelman Tune. She was a homemaker and had worked in the kitchen of the Senior Citizens Center in Oblong. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Palestine, IL. She married Henry Ault February 14, 1959 and he preceded her in death January 10, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her parents.Survivors include 2 daughters and her son-in-law, Faith and Charles Littlejohn, Flat Rock and Debra Ault, Robinson; her son, Raymond Ault, Palestine; 3 grandsons, Jeramie Ault, Charlie Littlejohn, Chad Littlejohn; and 3 granddaughters, Jennifer Ault, Ciara Littlejohn, and Ashlynne Ault; and 9 great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 21st at 2:00 p.m. at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine. Pastor John Johnson is in charge of services. Burial is in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday and until service time on Thursday. Memorials may be made to the Palestine First Christian Church with envelopes at the funeral home.
