Timothy Duane Spade

Timothy Duane Spade, 58, of Vincennes, IN, formerly of Robinson, IL, died at 3:35 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Vincennes, IN. He was born November 18, 1951 in Terre Haute, IN, the son of Robert Lee Spade and Mary Elizabeth Wait Spade.Timothy graduated from Robinson High School in 1969. He earned an Associate of Science Degree with the first graduating class from LTC, a Bachelor of Science in Education from EIU, a Masters in Education majoring in Administration from Columbus College, Columbus, GA. He was an educator. He was a member of the Robinson First Baptist Church, a life member of the Sons of the American Revolution, past president and member of the Robinson Lions Club, a member of the Society of Sons of the War of 1812, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Huguenot Society, Huston Cabins, and an honorary Senior State President of Children of the American Revolution. He was preceded in death by his parents.He is survived by 7 nieces and nephews and their spouses, Robert Lee €œBeau€ Spade II and his wife, Bambi of Vincennes, IN, Rebekah €Becky€ and Chad Evans, Petersburg, IN, Kenneth Ray and Tiffany Sheren, Vincennes, Roy DeWayne Sheren and fiance€™, Amanda, Vincennes, Andrea and Philip Sharp Petersburg, IN, Dee Grannon, Washington, IN, Anna Smutizer, Vincennes; 8 great nieces and great nephews, Jacob Evans, Noah Benson, Christian Benson, Meredith Benson, Joseph Spade, Benjamin Spade, William Sheren, and Colby Sheren.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 2nd at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hutson Cabins with envelopes available at the funeral home.
