Robert K. Jordan

Robert K. Jordan, 85, formerly of Palestine, died at 6:30 a.m. (CST), Wednesday, October 25, 2009 in Bull Shoals, Ark. He was born December 1, 1923 in Palestine, the son of Robert Glen Jordan and Mary Florence Floyd Jordan. He served in the U. S. Navy during WWII and in Korea. He managed an appliance store in Geneva, IL.Robert married Georgeanne Wells on April 11, 1946 and she survives. he is also survived by his daughter, Janet; 2 sons, Gregory and David; 2 grandchildren; Sean and Brian; and 1 great grandchild, Avery; and his sister, Vivian Murphy, Robinson.He was preceded in death by his parents.Private services will be held at a later date. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
