Payton Mullins, 6 months old, died at 1:13 pm. Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL. He was born August 20, 2006 in Urbana, IL, the son of Lisa Ramsey and Pete Mullins.He is survived by his parents; his half sister, Allison Shidler, Robinson; paternal grandparents, Steve and Italia Mullins, Palestine; maternal grandparents, Kevin Ramsey and Madonna Cote, Palestine, Jason and Judy White, Palestine; paternal great grandparents, Margaret and Manford Mullins, Robinson, Sandy Searle-Mitchell, Newburn, NC, Bernard Burke, Virginia Beach, VA; maternal great grandparents, Gene and Anna Jean Purcell, Palestine, Bev and Ralph Ramsey, Pekin; Paternal great great grandmother, Italia Searle, Newburn, NC; aunt and uncle, Mike Mullins, Robinson, aunt, Mandy Behler, Kokomo, IN; uncle, Brad Ramsey, Palestine; and several cousins.He was preceded in death by his brother, Ryley Kole Mullins.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2007 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Palestine, IL, with Rev. John Brand officiating. Burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday prior to the services.
