Patty Scott

Patty Scott, 64, of Robinson, IL, died on January 20, 2022, at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, IL. Patty was born on June 25, 1957, in Paris, IL, the daughter of Joseph Brady Jr, & Kathryn (Babcock) Brady, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Beverly Kirk and Edith Fitzsimmons.  She married Timothy "Tiny" Scott, and he survives. She was also survived by her sons & daughter-in-law, Josh & Alisha Hayes, and Jeremy Hayes; by her grandchildren, Sierra Hayes, Farrah Kearby, Landon & Madelyn Hayes, Rilea & Thomas Grove, Tommy Kearby, Hunter Hayes,  Brionna Kearby, Haley Hayes, and Jacob Hayes; by her great-grandchildren, Zachry Grove, Gunner Kearby, Wesley Hayes, and Baby Grove, who is due to arrive in August 2022; by her sisters & brother-in-law, Peggy & Robert Scott, Marilyn Castile, Betty Moore, and Nancy Griffith; by her brother, Mike Brady; as well as several nieces and nephews.  Patty grew up in Grandview, IL, and was a 1976 graduate of Kansas High School. She would work for Brock's Food Town and County Market in the meat market for several years. What brought true joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A time of visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26th, at Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Burial will be in the York Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to her memorial fund, with checks made payable to "Goodwine Funeral Homes" with envelopes available at the funeral home.
