Patricia Helen Hotsenpiller

Patricia Helen Hotsenpiller, 85, of Flat Rock, IL, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010. She was born July 14, 1925 in Flat Rock, the daughter of Ralph and Erma (Weger) Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of the Flat Rock Christian Church.In 1946 she married Byron James Matthews who preceded her in death in 1954. She married Lee Hotsenpiller and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her son, Patrick Matthews; and her sister, Bette Dixon, Palm Springs, CA in 2010.Pat is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Jean Matthews, Robinson, Kevin Matthews, Flat Rock, and Chris and Kathy Hotsenpiller, Robinson; her daughter-in-law, Sharon Hale, Flat Rock; 7 grandchildren, Lisa Paddock, Flat Rock, Laura (Dan) Gallion, Robinson, Travis (Shandy) Matthews, Annapolis, Amanda (Scott) Hargrave, Palestine, Kelly (Ryan) Bryant, Robinson, Lacy (Luke) Hightshoe, Colt Hotsenpiller; 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Carolyn Sue (Dick) Kent, Palestine, Sharon Wesley, Flat Rock; and 2 brothers, Robert €œBob€ Miller and Terry Miller, Palm Springs, CA in 2010.Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 12th at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Flat Rock with graveside services held immediately afterward at the Jones Cemetery, rural Flat Rock.
