Mildred I Shedelbower

Mildred I. Shedelbower, 92, of Robinson died at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the Crawford County Convalescent Center in Robinson. She was born June 28, 1919 in Flat Rock, IL, the daughter of Thurman Stevenson and Addie Fitts Stevenson. She was a homemaker.Mildred married Theodore Shedelbower on October 11, 1936 and he preceded her in death on November 8, 1998. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Wanda Brashear and Mary Dee Stevenson; her brother, Donald Stevenson.She is survived by her 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Rosemary and Jerry Williams, Hartford, IL, Betty and Austin Cook, Robinson, Florence and Roger Mills, Hermitage, MO, Deloris and George Kangas, Holly Hill, FL; her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Fayma Shedelbower, Robinson; 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2011 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson with Rev. Tom Akers officiating. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday preceding the services at the funeral home.
