Mary Ann Krise

Mary Ann Krise, 73, of Hutsonville, IL, died on January 29, 2020 at Arbor Rose in Robinson, IL. Mary Ann was born on April 11, 1946 in Holly Hill, SC the daughter of Alton & Rena (Scott) Russell, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Georgeann Pratt, Maggie Scott, and Mary Francis Russell, and by her brother, Julius Russell. She married Michael Krise on February 6, 1965 and he survives. She is also survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Billie Jo & Daniel Cebra (Lowell, IN); by her granddaughters, Micah Cebra (Indianapolis, IN) and Sabrina Cebra (Carmel, IN); by her great granddaughter, Amaya MaryAnn Ivery; by her sisters, Rena Mae Crumin, Gean Scott, Herlene Spriggs, Linda Jockem, Darlene Creel, and Lugean Russell; as well as several nieces and nephews. She grew up in the Holly Hill area and was a graduate of Holly Hill High School. She moved to Hutsonville, Illinois in 1969. She went on to work at Robinson Walmart for 27 years. In her free time, she could be found on the phone talking to her sisters. She also found great enjoyment going to see her family in South Carolina. Mary Ann loved shopping with her daughter, granddaughters and her sisters. She loved going to dances and to the movies. Her true pride and joy was her family. Mary Ann will forever be remembered for her kind, generous and loving soul. A time of visitation will be held from 12:00 -2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1st at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Funeral services will immediately be held at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Brother Bill Wilkinson officiating. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the "Michael J. Fox Foundation", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
