Margaret L Truitt

Margaret L. Truitt, 93, of Carmel, IN, formerly of New Albany, IN and Robinson, IL died on January 15, 2011. She was born October 19, 1918 in Robinson, IL, the daughter of William and Ruth Martin. Margaret was an X-ray Technician for many years and retired from the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. She enjoyed golfing and dancing among other activities.Her loving husband, Donald E. Truitt preceded her in death in January 2005; they were married for 54 years. Survivors include her children, William W. Hurst and his wife, Ellena of Indianapolis, Sally R. Meyer and her husband, Marlin of Fishers, IN, and Thomas M. Truitt and his wife, Wendy of Fishers, IN; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.Memorial services will be held privately. Margaret will be laid to rest with her husband and other family members in the Robinson Township Cemetery, Robinson, IL.
