Judith Carole Angel

Judith Carole Angel, 70, of Kalamazoo, MI, died at 7 p.m., EST on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born May 12, 1941 in Robinson, IL, the daughter of Oakla Lindley and Rachel Williamson Lindley. She graduated from Hutsonville High School in 1959. She worked for American Airlines in Chicago, Ozark Airlines and Merle Lynch in Indianapolis, IN. She was a member of the Plainwell Church of Christ, Plainwell, MI and James Halstead Sr. Chapter NSDAR.She married David Angel on November 10, 1973 and he survives. She is also survived by her beloved poodle, €œ Dolly€, a sister, Evelyn Wheeler, West York, and her brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Kelly Lindley, Marshall; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Eris; and 6 brothers, Willis, Richard, Lloyd, Franklin Dee, Duane €œMajor€ and Jerry Lindley.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27 at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home, West Union, IL with Brother John Tucker officiating. Burial will be in the Bailiff Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Rose Arbor Hospice, Kalamazoo, MI or to the American Kidney Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at the Plainwell Church of Christ, Kalamazoo, MI at a later date.
