James D. Hartleroad

James D. “Bo” Hartleroad, 54, of rural Robinson, died at home on July 31, 2009 at 7:15 a.m. He was born May 9, 1955 in Sacramento, CA, the son of George and Carolee (Swick) Hartleroad. He worked for Indiana Railroad for 35 years and was a Track Maintenance Foreman for 20 years. He was a member of the Palestine Eagles, the Flat Rock American Legion and Crawford County ABATE.Bo married Danniel Goodwin and she survives. Also surviving are his son, Mike Hartleroad, Dallas, TX; his step-son, Spencer Martin, Palestine; his sister, Wanda Fehrenbacher, Graysville, IN; his half-sister and brother-in-law, Kara and George Prouse, Paris, IL; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-father, Pete Elliott; and his brother, Bob Hartleroad.Family services will be held at a later date, following cremation. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine is in charge of the arrangements.
