James Anthony Turner

Tony Turner, 50 of Palestine, IL, died at rural Lawrenceville, IL, Saturday, December 15, 2007 following an extended illness. He was born October 26, 1957 in Los Angles, CA, the son of James M. Turner and Mary Lou Stifle Turner. Tony had been a truck driver.He is survived by his father, Jim Turner, Robinson, formerly of Palestine and his sister and brother-in-law, Donna Sue and Mark Mayer, Mesa, Arizona; his two brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Peggy Turner, Scottsdale, AZ and Dan and Lorraine Turner, New Hebron; and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his mother. There will be cremation with no services at this time. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine is in charge of the arrangements.
