James Allen Kelsheimer, 70 of rural Hutsonville, IL, passed away at his home at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2009. Jim was born May 6, 1939 in Paris, IL, to the late James B. Kelsheimer and Margaret Graham Kelsheimer.He attended Danville High School, Illinois State University, and served his country in the U. S. Army. For over forty years Jim divided his time between farming and the Robinson Bowling Center. He was a very loving husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend. He believed that he should leave the world a better place than he found it and was a hero to his family.He is survived by his mother, Margaret Kelsheimer; his loving wife of 50 years, Judie Kelsheimer; his son, Rick (Angie) Kelsheimer, Robinson; his son, John (Leslie) Kelsheimer, Oswego; his brother, Mike (Kathy) Kelsheimer, Robinson; his sister, Sharon (Tom) Oreskovich, Danville; his sister, Susie (Steve) Pintar, Oakland; his sister, Kathy and Earl Cornell, Kannapolis, NC; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father; a great granddaughter; and his son, James David.A memorial service will be held at a later date at Mann’s Chapel in Rossville with Pastor Mike Irvin officiating. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson will assist in the arrangements.
