Jacob K. Cafin

Jacob K. Cafin, 18 of Palestine, IL died at 6:33 p.m. Thursday, June 7, 2007 of an apparent drowning in the Wabash River East of Palestine. He was born October 27, 1988 in Robinson IL, the son of Rick G. Cafin, Palestine, and Lela B. Perkins Cafin, Palestine.He is survived by his parents and his brother, Josh Cafin, Palestine, his grandparents Ray and Carol Perkins, Pekin, and Dean and Geneva Cafin, Palestine.Funeral services will be held Monday, June 11 at 2:30 p.m. at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine. Reverend John Brand is in charge of services. Burial is in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation is Monday at the funeral home from 12:30 until service time at 2:30. Memorials may be made to the Jacob Cafin Memorial Fund with envelopes at the funeral home.
