Goldie I. Albin, 90, of Robinson, IL, died Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 12:40 a.m. at Cotillion Ridge Nursing Center, Robinson. She was born October 24, 1916 in Crider, MO, the daughter of Charles Hoke and Amy McColpin Hoke and step-mother, Lula. She worked production at Victor Dana for 10 years and at IGA. She was a member of the Hardinville United Methodist Church. She married George W. Albin January 2, 1934 and he preceded her in death June 28, 2001. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 5 sisters, 3 brothers, 1 step-sister, and 3 step-brothers.She is survived by 2 sons and daughter-in-law, Neil Albin and his friend, Mary, Robinson and Gary and Janice Albin, Lorida, FL; 5 grandchildren, Brad, Lisa, Amy, Andrew, and Rachel; 12 great grandchildren; 1 sister and brother-in-law, Mary Frances and Jerry Correll, Robinson; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 Monday, June 11, 2007 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson with Rev. Max Borah officiating. Burial will be in the Hardinville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 11th preceding the services.
