Gina Lynn Catt

Gina Lynn Catt, 54, of Vincennes, IN, formerly of Oblong, IL, passed away unexpectedly on February 20, 2021 at her home. Gina was born on November 20, 1966 in Robinson, IL, the daughter of Michael and Anita Catt. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Don and RoseElla LeFever and Bill and Bonnie Weaver. She is survived by her children Caleb Buettemeyer of Bloomington, MN and Ethan Buettemeyer of Vincennes, IN. Gina is also survived by her parents; her sisters, Angie Catt and Valerie Weck and husband Brian Weck of Robinson, IL; her nieces, Harper and Landry Weck and nephew, Mason Weck; grandparents, Don and Christine Catt of Flat Rock, IL; aunts and uncles, Donna and Jim Bowman, Roseann LeFever, Kay and Raymond Sanders, and Mark and Linda Catt; and several cousins.      Gina's spunk and spark could light up a room and won her many friends. What she lacked in gracefulness, she made up for in tenacity. She was a spitfire in a small package and will be remembered as a fierce protector of those she loved.  Gina has left us with many fun-filled memories. Private family services will be held a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to "Pet Port", of Vincennes, Indiana, with envelopes available at Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson, who is in charge of arrangements.
