Freda J. Dart

Freda J. Dart, 86 of Robinson, IL, died at 8:15 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2008 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, Carbondale, IL after a struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born June 25, 1922 in Rose Hill, IL, the daughter of Earl Swick and Sarah Ellen Marrs Swick. She worked at L. S. Heath and Sons, Robinson for 12 years.She married Hubert Cecil Dart, February 26, 1938 and he preceded her in death February 25, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Tom Gullett; and several brothers and sisters.She is survived by her son, Steven Dart, Carbondale; her daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Robert Luckett, Robinson; 2 grandsons and their wives, Mike and Brandi Gullett, Dan and Kathleen Luckett; 4 other grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law; John and Joanna Swick, Joe and Joyce Swick, Dick and Marie Swick; and several nieces and nephews.Private family graveside services will be held at the Robinson New Cemetery, Robinson. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association with envelopes available at the funeral home.
