Donna Meadows

Donna Meadows, 65, of Robinson, IL, died February 14, 2021, at Cotillion Ridge in Robinson. She was born on July 5, 1955, the daughter of Bill Bates & Patty (Frederick) Bates, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister Debra (Bates) Goodwin. She is survived by her children, Kurt (Jessica) Fuller of Indianapolis, IN and Craig (Brooke) Fuller of Casey, IL; by her precious grandchildren, Whitney Fuller, Kennady Fuller, Lilian Drum, and Emma Drum; by her nephew, Greg (Kristin) Goodwin of Urbana, IL; by her niece, Megan (Brad) Pifer of Palestine, IL; and by her great-nephews, Oliver and Avery Pifer. Donna was a 1973 graduate of Palestine High School. She went on to work as a beautician and had various endeavors in the food industry prior to returning to school later in life to earn her associate's degree in nursing from Lincoln Trail College. She then went on to work at Cotillion Ridge as a nurse for six years. Away from work, she enjoyed keeping up on the latest fashion trends, recipes, and cooking gadgets. She had a great love for animals, owning and enjoying the company of cats, birds, horses, and dogs over the years. When she was no longer able to have pets of her own, she looked forward to the many stories of her children and grandchildren's animals. Most of all, she enjoyed her visits with and sharing stories about her granddaughters, whom she was immensely proud of. She spent her idle time watching HGTV, BRAVO and E!.  She was the last known person to be able to keep up with the Kardashians. Though funeral services will be private, a live stream of Donna's service will be available to the public starting at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 19th.
