Cindy P. Delp, 53 of West Union, IL died at 12:35 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at the Regional Hospital, Terre Haute, IN. She was born March 17, 1957 in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of Jim Kelley and Eva Carter Kelley. She was a homemaker.Cindy married Rex A. Delp on September 20, 1977 and he survives. She is also survived by her 2 sons, Tony Kelley and Tim Delp, both of West Union; her daughter, Autumn Delp, West Union; her mother and her husband, Eva and Mike Sipes, Aurora; 4 grandchildren, Abby Delp, Dylan Hoyte, Sadie Kelley, Riley Delp; 2 brothers and her sister-in-law, William and Margie Kelley, West York, Brian Kelley, Aurora; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her father and her step-mother, Doris Kelley.Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home, West Union, IL.
