Carolyn S. Weck

Carolyn Weck, 69 of rural Robinson, IL, died at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2009 at her home. She was born November 30, 1939 in Orange Township, Clark County, IL, the daughter of Roy Davis and Leola Doolittle Davis. She was a homemaker and a member of the Porterville Congregational Christian Church.Carolyn married Leonard Weck on September 6, 1957 and he survives. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Ruth Weck, rural Annapolis; her two grandsons, Tony Weck, St. Joseph and Lucus Weck, rural Annapolis; her brother and sister-in-law, Forest and Ruby Davis, McLeansboro, 3 sisters and their husbands, Patsy and Dallas Morgan, Terre Haute, IN, Maralie and Jim Wesley, Killeen, TX, Connie Jo and Dick Goodman, Martinsville, IN; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Kenneth and Kermit Davis; 4 sisters, Doris Tharp, Kathryn Connelly, Shirlene Burcham, and Martha Briggs.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Rev. Leland Culp is in charge of services. Burial is in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, rural Annapolis. Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 10th. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, with envelopes at the funeral home.
