Carolyn Ann Moore

Carolyn Ann Moore, 68, of rural Robinson, IL, died at 7:50 a.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, IN. She was born December 17, 1939 in Robinson, IL, the daughter of Raymond O. Wilson and Mary Louise Ziegler Wilson. She was a retail clerk in a drug store. She was a lifetime member of the Robinson V. F. W. Post #4549 Auxiliary, lifetime member of the Robinson Moose Lodge Auxiliary, the Robinson New Hope Baptist Church, a volunteer and board director of the American Red Cross in Houston, TX, a 6000 hour volunteer for the Navy Relief, a volunteer and board director of the United Way, Houston, TX; and an Ombudsman for the U. S. Navy for 13 years.She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Raymond Owen Wilson.She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Goff, Robinson; her 2 sons, Michael LeRoy Kirk, Robinson, Delbert Lynn Kirk, Robinson; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Leanna Nellsen, Robinson, Daniel Charles Kirk, Cincinnati, OH, Mary Grace Goff, Robinson; and her sister-in-law, Linda Wilson, Lincoln, NE.There will be cremation with no services. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
