Carolyn A. Hanna

Carolyn A. Hanna, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Tucson, AZ. She was born December 20, 1939 in Flat Rock IL. She was a 1957 graduate of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, IN. She attended Purdue University where she met and married James E. Hanna. Carolyn lived in Hudson, Ohio for 35 years and then moved to Tucson, AZ for the last two years. Carolyn had an unwavering faith in God and a profound love for her family. She was a Sunday school teacher for over 35 years and touched the lives of many children through her love of Jesus. Carolyn always had a smile, loved being with family and friends, playing games, and traveling. Carolyn is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, James E Hanna; daughters, Jerri (John) Forinash, Crystal Bellonby; and grandchildren, Tim and Tyler Forinash, Jenna and Sam Bellonby. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lorene Ford; and son, Charles Eugene Hanna. A time of visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Funeral services will immediately follow and be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with Celebrant Curt Goodwine officiating. Burial will be in the Jones Cemetery. Memorials may be made to “Shriner’s Hospitals for Children” or to the “American Cancer Society”.
