Bruce Melvin Richeson

Bruce Melvin Richeson, 54, of Kokomo, IN, died at 1:35 p.m. (E.S.T.) Saturday, May 16, 2009. He was born June 8, 1954 in Goshen, IN, the son of Melvin and Garnet Rodgers Richeson. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Purdue University and went on to become a Quality Control Engineer at the Chrysler Corporation’s Transmission Division in Kokomo, IN. He was a life member of the National Rifle Association and he enjoyed shooting and ammunition reloading. He was a member of the Mason and the Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis.He married Melissa Curry on March 25, 1988 and she survives. He is also survived by his brother, Brett Richeson of rural Robinson, as well as several aunts and uncles.He was preceded in death by his parents.A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 19th at 11:00 a.m. at the Tohill Cemetery, rural Flat Rock, with Brother Jack Cunningham officiating. Memorials may be made to the South Union Church, 3993 N. 1250th. St, Flat Rock, IL. 62427. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Flat Rock is in charge of arrangements.
