Bill €œKlancy€ Millsap, 75, of Robinson, IL, died at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney, IL. He was born January 30, 1935, in Robinson, IL, the son of a William €œBill€ Millsap and Isabell Bussard Millsap. Bill served with the Marine Corps Reserves. He was a city patrolman for the Robinson Police Department for 28 years and was a court security officer for 7 years. He was a member for over 50 years and Past Master of the Robinson Masonic Lodge #250, a member of the Danville Consistory, the Ainad Shrine of East St. Louis, the Crawford Country Shrine Club; and was €œKlancy€ the clown with the Crawford County Krazy Clowns. He was a member of the ICRR Retirees and was a railroad buff. He helped organize the Junior Football League in Robinson and was the announcer for over 25 years and he was also an announcer for Robinson High School Basketball for 10 years. He was a member of the Othniel Looker Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution and was a member of the Robinson Highland Church of Christ.He married Evelyn Kingery on October 19, 1980 and she preceded him in death on August 6, 2001. He was also preceded in death by his parents.He married Sandra Bahney on May 1, 2004 and she survives. He is also survived by 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Brian Millsap, Jensen Beach, FL, David and Trena Millsap, Robinson; his grandson, Ryen Millsap, Robinson; 2 granddaughters, Kayla Millsap and Tayler Millsap both of MN; his sister, Nancy Fuller, Palestine; his niece, Glenda Beabout, Palestine, and several step-children and step grandchildren.€œCelebration of Life€ services will be held at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson following Masonic services at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 16th with Brother Joe Griffith officiating. Private graveside services will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, July 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home preceding the services.Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children and the Robinson Junior Football League with envelopes at the funeral home.
