Alice V. Utterback

Alice V. Utterback, 92 of West Union, IL, died at 7:50 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2009 at Ridgeview Care Center in Oblong, IL. She was born August 17, 1917 in Petty Township, Lawrence County, IL, the daughter of William McCausland and Elizabeth Rodrick McCausland. She was a homemaker and member of “The Christian Church” of West Union.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Pat Utterback, rural Martinsville; her grandson Craig and his wife Tiffany Utterback, Robinson; her granddaughter, Amy Luman and her husband Stephen, Novinger, MO; a great grandson, Evan Luman. She married Howard Utterback on June 8, 1941 and her preceded her in death on August 3, 1988. She was also preceded in death by he parents.Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 6th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union. Pastor Jack Gabbert is in charge of services. Burial is in the Harrison Cemetery, rural West Union. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 5th at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Lincoln Land Hospice with envelopes at the funeral home.
