Stacey Rose Marie Miller

Stacey Rose Marie Miller, 31, of Robinson IL died at 12:23 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017. She was born on December 12, 1985 in Great Lakes, IL the daughter of Denny Potts and Ruth Fields. She married William Scott Miller on October 13, 2007. She is also survived by her children, Christian Drury, Caitlyn Drury, Emily Miller, Brooklyn Miller; by her siblings, Michael, Joseph, John, Jennifer, and Joshua; also, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Stacey was preceded in death by grandparents, George & Virginia Boucher. Stacey was, by all accounts, one of the kindest people you could have ever met. She truly had a heart to care for others, which is why she earned an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Management, and was actively working towards a nursing degree. She loved to travel, and was especially drawn to the ocean. This love of the ocean is evident by her immense lighthouse collection. More than any of this, Stacey simply loved her kids. Anyone who knew her would attest to the fact that her children were her pride and joy. They, along with her family and countless friends, have lost a very special soul in Stacey Miller. A time of visitation will be held from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6th, at Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday October 6th at the funeral home. Celebrant Curt Goodwine will be officiating the service. Memorials may be made to the Stacey Miller Memorial Fund, with checks made payable to “Goodwine Funeral Homes”. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
