Margaret Hunt, 98, of Clinton, IN, formerly of West Union, IL, died at 4:05 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Vermillion Convalescent Center in Clinton, IN. She was born March 12, 1918 in Chrisman, IL, the daughter of Carrol Christopher Craig & Golda (Davison) Craig, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John; by her sisters, Gertrude and Irene; and by her son-in-law, Johnie Hart. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hart (St. Bernice, IN) and Twila Thorne (Vincennes, IN); by five grandchildren; by thirteen great-grandchildren. Margaret was a homemaker, and worked hard on the family farm for many years. Later on in life, she dedicated much of her time to caring for her grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will follow in the Ohio Cemetery. A time of visitation will precede the service and will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
