Katherine Lynn Correll

Katherine Lynn Correll, 55, of Hutsonville died June 2nd, 2014 at 2:30 pm at her home in Hutsonville after a battle with cancer. She was born October 6th, 1958, the daughter of George L. and Katherine (Kreisch) Kerr. Katherine was known for her love of birds, gardening, and more importantly her grandchildren. She had previously been employed by Pioneer Label, and Victor Dana. She married Don Correll on July 30th, 1976, and he survives of Hutsonville. She is also survived by her sons, Jeremy Correll of Robinson and George Correll of Robinson; her grandchildren Kayleh, Iva, and Tyler; her siblings, Steve Kerr, Susie Parish and husband Vernal, Mike Kerr, and Lisa Kerr; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sara & Steve Mittelstaedt, Susan & Steve Hardwick, Steve & Jane Correll, Barbara & Randy O’Brien; as well several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Judith King and Mary Jane Dunn. A remembrance service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 20th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Burial will follow in the Robinson New Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until service time at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 20th. Memorials may be made to the Lawrence-Crawford Association or to the Casey Health Center-Alzheimer's Wing, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
