Faye Connor Wilson

Faye Connor Wilson, 61, of rural Annapolis, IL, died at 4:41 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at her residence. She was born July 5, 1951 in Owensboro, KY, the daughter of Ted Connor and Daisy (Sims) Connor. Faye was employed for 30 years in various positions with Illinois Bell which eventually became Ameritech/ATT. Alice was an avid NASCAR fan and proud member of the Jr. Nation Fan Club. She loved attending races in Chicago and Talladega with her husband and sisters. She was a beloved momma to two doggies, Winston and Sadie.Faye married Robin Wilson on September 15, 2007 and he survives. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Larry Connor (Benton, IL), Shirley and her husband, Elias Zamudio (The Colony, TX), Mike Connor (Hawaii), Steve and his wife, Kendra Connor (Winslow, IN), Mary Hargett (Benton, IL); and 25 nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Bill Hargett.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the Dugan Cemetery, rural Annapolis, IL. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
